                               RESOLUTION NO. 19257
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH FRIENDS OF THE ZOO
                   AND/OR ARNOULT & ASSOCIATES INC. TO INCLUDE
                   CONDUCTING A PHILANTHROPIC CAMPAIGN SURVEY
                   ON BEHALF OF THE WARNER PARK ZOO FOR AN
                   AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWELVE THOUSAND AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($12,000.00) FROM THE CITY OF
                   CHATTANOOGA.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute and attest an Agreement with Friends of the Zoo and/or 

       Arnout & Associates Inc. to include conducting a philanthropic
       campaign survey on behalf of the Warner Park Zoo for an amount 
not
       to exceed $12,000.00 from the City of Chattanooga.
